So Few That Each Is Named | 1/22/2010

Have you ever heard of a Kakapo? It’s a flightless, nocturnal parrot from New Zealand. It is so rare – only 124 remain – that each has been named!

Peter’s “Small Wonder” features the Kakapo, and it too is rare. 400 box figurines have been created for worldwide distribution. The flightless birds live only on Codfish and Anchor islands, so your best opportunity to see them will be at your HK retailer when they arrive stateside end of March.
